- Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
- Extra person $ 10 per day including children 3 years and older
- Rates subject to change without notice
- 25% Deposit Requested to confirm your reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
- Cancellations: Deposit will be refunded providing we receive written notice 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date , or refunds are subject to Bird's Nest apartments’ ability to re-rent the apartment for the same period requested.
